3. Oversee the Payroll team, and end-to-end payroll process
4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations
5. Coordinate with HR to verify employment data
6. Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations
7. Address employee queries relating to payroll
8. Implement policies and procedures for the payroll department
9. Manage a team of payroll professionals
10. Keep up to date with payroll systems and software
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
11. Excellent knowledge of payroll software
12. Strong leadership abilities
13. Good communication and interpersonal skills
14. High attention to detail
15. Strong numeracy skills
16. Experience in a senior payroll position
