The salary for this permanent position ranges from £22,390 to £27,062 per annum, with excellent benefits including:
1. Generous holiday entitlement: 29 days off annually, increasing to 31 days after 2 years and 34 days after 5 years, plus Public Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Risk/Need Assessments & Care Plans: Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans that support recovery and wellbeing.
2. Team Collaboration: Work alongside peers and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
3. One-on-One Sessions: Provide personal support to service users, helping them navigate their recovery journey.
4. Safeguarding: Ensure the safety of vulnerable adults and children by reporting concerns in accordance with policies.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with organisational requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Level 3 certification in Tackling Substance Misuse, Health and Social Care, or a relevant qualification.
2. Experience working in substance misuse and knowledge of therapeutic approaches.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
4. Understanding of Safeguarding principles and the challenges faced by individuals with substance misuse issues.
