Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with the skills to ensure accurate and seamless payroll services for a diverse workforce? We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for various franchises within your remit. The ideal candidate will have a key eye for detail and strong organisational skills, with a collaborative approach to working alongside the wider payroll team. If you enjoy working in a supportive team environment and are committed to ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
* Processing holiday, sick, maternity and paternity leave payments
* Preparation of the monthly payroll for approximately 3,600 employees
* Recording payroll data accurately in the company’s software system
* Assisting with issuing P45s and other necessary tax forms
* Ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and relevant legislation and governing payroll
* Handling payroll queries, including the calculation and processing of manual payments where required, and ensuring records are maintained
Helpful Skills And Qualifications
* Previous experience with Payroll is essential
* Proficient in manual payroll calculations
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Must have hands on, practical approach to tasks
* CIPP Qualification is desirable but not essential
