Key Responsibilities:
* Executive support, diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination.
* Administrative assistance to the Leader and Council Members.
* Liaison with internal teams and external organisations.
* Preparing agendas, documents, and minutes for key meetings.
* Managing correspondence, prioritising and monitoring high volumes of communication.
* Assisting with HR-related administration, training, and performance reviews and supervising and mentoring the corporate services apprentice.
* Assisting with financial transactions, procurement, and budget management.
* Supporting with the organisation of civic events.
