Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads, supporting the broader sales team in meeting targets, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This role is vital in building strong relationships with potential clients and driving the sales performance and pipeline.
Lead Generation : Identify potential B2B business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach methods such as cold calling, emailing, and social media.
Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of leads.
Initial Outreach & Engagement : Initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, or social media and engage with prospects to generate interest in the company's products or services.
CRM Management : Enter, update, and manage all sales-related activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
Collaboration : Work closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers to transition qualified leads and set up meetings or product demos.
Research & Market Intelligence : Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress to the Sales Manager.
Product Knowledge : Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Experience : Previous experience in sales development, telesales, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Sales Tools : Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
Comfort with learning and communicating technical products/services (depending on the industry).
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with potential clients.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
