Here's what you'll do: Proactively engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to spark interest in our solutions and identify client needs. Manage and nurture leads via HubSpot CRM, converting them into qualified opportunities and closed sales. Conduct high-level discussions with B2B and B2C clients in sectors like supply chain, healthcare, and manufacturing, showcasing the value of our solutions in solving complex business challenges. Work closely with products, technical, and training teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Meet monthly and quarterly activity and sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market presence What You'll Bring: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a pro-active, customer-facing sales role within the technology industry. You're well-versed in the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Experience selling AI technology solutions is a major plus You're familiar with toolkits (AnyLogic, anyLogistix, Gurobi, Composabl) You excel at presenting tailored solutions and explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. High energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer: Enjoy a base salary of £38,500 with an OTE of £55K (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission.
