Job Title: Business Development Executive Roofing & Waterproofing Systems
Location: Hertfordshire Office
Remuneration: £27,000 - £32,000 neg + Sales bonuses giving £3,000 p/a min

The role of the Business Development Executive Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:
* Business Development Executive position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and waterproofing systems
* Primarily selling into architects, design managers, tier 1 contractors with a smaller focus on roofing & solar contractors
* Generating new business through a mix of cold calling and warm inbound leads
* Using Barbour API and other avenues including LinkedIn to identify relevant projects and decision makers
* Booking CPD appointments for field based reps to attend
* Discussing client requirements and advising on suitable products
* Developing relationships with clients providing excellent customer service
* Realistic scope to move into a field based business development role
* Inputting all activity and information in HubSpot CRM accurately
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Executive Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:
* B2B experience in internal sales, telesales, business development, lead generation, or sales development
* Experience in the construction industry is ideal; any roofing experience is highly beneficial
* Confidence on the phone
* A technical savvy graduate with some construction-related experience would be considered
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office, HubSpot CRM)
* Logical thinker with a strong numerical background and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously
