We are a leading consultancy seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead the implementation of a new FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) tool for one of our high-profile end clients. This critical initiative is part of a broader finance transformation programme and requires a strategic product leader with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik, Anaplan, or similar FP&A platforms and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level product solutions. The Role As Head of Product, you will: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new FP&A tool, aligning the solution with business objectives and user needs. Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the FP&A tool deployment. Partner with finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, prioritise features, and oversee development. Ensure the tool is configured to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes effectively. Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones. Drive adoption of the FP&A tool through collaboration, training, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements To excel in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a senior product leader, ideally within FP&A, financial systems, or finance transformation projects. Expertise in implementing FP&A platforms such as CCH Tagetik, Anaplan, or similar tools is highly desirable. Deep understanding of finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. A strong track record of delivering large-scale product implementations in complex organisations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Collaborative leadership style, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
