Paid Media Specialist
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the Newcastle-under-Lyme office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are pleased to be working with a fast-growing eCommerce business that is looking to hire a Paid Media Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven and results-focused professional to play a key role in shaping and executing the company's paid media strategy to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging social platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent budget management skills, and a passion for performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and deliver multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, Amazon, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
