What does Access offer you?
We offer a flexible, hybrid working environment where you can balance work and life while maintaining a strong office team-based culture. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career. On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
About you:
As a passionate team player within the Employee Success (ES) team, you thrive on driving continuous improvement and enhancing leaders' awareness and understanding. You proactively manage diverse employee relations cases, embedding high performance through leaders and employees. You'll collaborate on projects, providing insights and reporting to support the people agenda, while maintaining daily communication with employees and leaders. Success means contributing to the ES team’s objectives, managing multiple ER cases confidently, and keeping stakeholders informed while balancing priorities. No day will be the same, offering a dynamic and engaging environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Provide leaders with guidance on ER issues (performance management, absence, grievance, disciplinary) and support diversity & inclusion efforts, escalating complex cases to Senior ES Advisers.
2. Manage and support performance and change-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and drafting global communications.
3. Ensure consistency in ER processes and case management, collaborating with peers to apply best practices and deliver operational excellence.
4. Work with ES Business Partners and Advisers to develop ER leaders through training, workshops, and proactive strategies based on trend analysis.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. HR Adviser with experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in technology, handling all aspects of employment relations.
2. Skilled at coaching and influencing leaders on complex employment matters while building strong relationships based on credibility and rapport.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities, applying intuition, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to all work.
4. Proactive, solutions-focused, with strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
