ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families? As the Director of Fundraising at Spurgeons, you'll spearhead bold strategies to secure £5m in voluntary income annually by 2030. You will lead the development of innovative partnerships, broaden our reach, and ensure that Spurgeons continues to deliver essential services to those who rely on us. In this role, you will inspire a passionate team, engage donors and trusts, and collaborate with local authorities and churches to drive meaningful change. Your efforts will directly impact the future of the children and families we serve.

GENERAL OCCUAPTIONAL REQUIREMENT
As a charity with a Christian foundation, Spurgeons is committed to ensuring that our leadership upholds and champions our Christian ethos in all aspects of our work. For this reason, there is a General Occupational Requirement that the Director of Fundraising be a practicing Christian who actively embodies our values and mission.
