What does a Personal Advisors do at Hillingdon?
We are looking for experienced, knowledgeable, Personal Advisors who want to invest their energy into achieving better and better outcomes every day for our children in care and young people who are care experienced. Our Corporate Parenting teams work in partnership with our children, young people and the professional network around them to support them achieve the very best outcomes. We work tirelessly to support our children and young people and provide them with the tools and skills to enable them to make the most of wide range of opportunities available to them to become the best version of themselves. Our service supports our Looked after and care experienced to be safe, achieve their aspirations and take pride in their identifies. Our Corporate Parenting service is a beacon of hope for our children and young people. Each member of the multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary service, carry equal weight in reaching for the stars and believing that our young people can achieve anything they set their minds to. The ethos of: "If it was my child" is not just words for this service. Each member of the service fights as hard for each of our young people as they would for their own children. Ofsted said the following about the service: Children who are in care, and care leavers, receive a good service from staff, who know them well and who genuinely care for them. Children and young people are consistently encouraged to be involved in decisions about their lives and their views have a direct impact on service development A child-centred approach is woven into strategic and operational decision-making. About you
We are looking for Personal Advisors to join our Corporate Parenting service, who have children's rights inscribed in their hearts and children's aspirations focused in their minds. We are looking for experienced, knowledgeable, skilled personal advisors who want to invest their energy into achieving better outcomes for our children and young people and their families every day.
