Job summary Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with an interest in trauma and orthopaedics looking for the next step in your career? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Orthopaedics Team on the Isle of Man Main duties of the job Within this role, you will assess inpatients with a range of elective orthopaedic or trauma related conditions, develop and implement individualised treatment programmes and facilitate a safe and timely discharge from hospital. You will work closely alongside other members of the multi-disciplinary team, especially occupational therapy, and will be part of the overall Manx Care team supporting TT and Manx Grand Prix. This role allows you to expand your leadership skills and develop others by leading in-service training, supervising colleagues and identifying areas of service for development/audit, leading these projects with support from the team.
