What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated SENDCo to lead our efforts in providing exceptional education for SEND children at our school. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high expectations for themselves and others, be committed to enhancing pupil progress—particularly for disadvantaged and SEND students and be willing to pursue the NPQ SENCo qualification if not already qualified.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing children's educational outcomes by fostering an inclusive learning environment, collaborating with educators to build their confidence and effectiveness, and ensuring every child receives a comprehensive education aligned with the National Curriculum. Your efforts will be pivotal in promoting high standards of achievement and supporting the diverse needs of all students.
