SF are thrilled to be working with a long-standing manufacturing client who is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in Warwick.
This is a fantastic position for a generalist HR professional, a focused self-starter who can bring new and creative ideas to the business. We are looking for someone with ambition who is able to take on both the strategic and operational side of HR, including employee relations, stakeholder management, and project work across the wider organisation.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
1. Demonstrable experience working within a senior HR position
2. Strong experience in creating innovative HR solutions and writing policies
3. Management of ER case work and strong stakeholder management experience
4. Ideally CIPD 5 qualified or similar
5. Up-to-date working knowledge of HR employment law
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Supporting managers with the design and implementation of business structures
2. Management of recruitment needs
3. Lead on more complex employee relations cases and assist with the development of management
4. Maintain and update company policies
5. Various project work from well-being, leadership, and more
6. Drive and support the learning and development requirements
Based in Warwick, the role is 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, with flexible hours and an early Friday finish. Other benefits include a bonus, private healthcare, and a generous pension scheme.
