Marketing Manager – VWTS Assets Europe

In this role, you will oversee and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert.
You will own and manage marketing for the Mobile Assets business in Europe, playing a crucial role in creating and maintaining new channels of communication and targeted campaigns to increase visibility of our ecological transformation value proposition.
What does the day-to-day look like?
1. Inbound Marketing
2. Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies
3. Research your market sector to understand customer needs
4. Work closely with sales to fully understand their objectives for the sector.
5. Work closely with the Domain Leader to develop a marketing strategy for the next period of expansion
6. Content Creation and Optimization:
7. Collaborate with internal marketing specialists and external agencies
8. Manage the content for your assigned sector
9. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning
10. Work with the digital team, conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO tactics, improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
11. Develop lead generation campaigns
12. Create and manage email marketing campaigns
13. Work with the PR & Social Team to manage the company's social media presence
14. Use social media channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
15. Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline processes
16. Work closely with the wider Europe Inbound Marketing team, PR & social team, digital team, and others to ensure seamless execution and accuracy of marketing initiatives.
17. Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in inbound marketing and digital marketing
18. Measure marketing campaigns performance
19. Work with the Europe marketing team, benchmark campaign performance against other sector campaigns and share best practice.
20. Outbound Activities: Promotion of Valuable Content ie such as product books, webinars, or whitepapers
21. Event Marketing: Participate in industry events, conferences, or webinars
22. Drive sector strategy and seamless European rollout
23. Ensure that local marketing activities are implemented and managed
24. Support in the ongoing development of mini-websites.
25. Plan, allocate, and control financial resources
26. Google Analytics, Salesforce, automation dashboards or other marketing analytics platforms.
27. Travel as required.
Qualifications
What background will you likely have?
28. Relevant marketing / business experience OR Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
29. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decision
30. A deep understanding of inbound marketing methodologies, including content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
31. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is also essential.
32. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems etc
33. Ability to devise innovative marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience
34. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives
35. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
36. Relevant work experience as an Inbound Marketer, showcasing a proven track record
37. Previous experience in the Water Industry is not essential, although would be favoured
