Job title: Trainee Production Technician

What you’ll be doing:
* As a Trainee Production Technician, you will join our trainee scheme and spend up to twelve weeks developing your hand skills in preparation for deployment to one of our shop floor areas. The scheme is split into two key sections: classroom and shop floor; training will be provided in both.
* On successful completion, you’ll be assigned to a cell or process area where more specific on-job training can continue. During this phase, we’re looking to identify Trainee suitability predominantly towards fitting/build and/or wiring/soldering disciplines. These disciplines are key to our build lines where high standards come from paying attention to small detail.
Your skills and experiences:
* GCSEs in Maths, English, and one Science subject
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
* Prior experience in manual work
