Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Officer role located in Belfast for CPS Property. The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. This will include monitoring and supervising all maintenance activities, ensuring that all work carried out is completed to a high standard, and keeping accurate records of all maintenance work. The Maintenance Officer will also be responsible for identifying potential issues, implementing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Experience with health and safety regulations and compliance
Maintenance
* Receive and monitor all incoming work orders for our managed properties through our internal software and ensure the software is kept up to date.
* Liaise with Landlords for approval to instruct contractors and have any works completed
* Instruction of appropriate contractors to each individual work order
* Receiving and processing contractor invoices / closing out of work orders once complete
* Organising and maintaining the planned maintenance for our managed properties
* Liaise with the sales and rental departments for any maintenance / building work quotations as required
Inspections
* Attending and completing inspections at our managed properties
* Diary Management to ensure inspections are booked and completed when required
* Writing up of the inspections using the required software
* Recording of any required maintenance following the inspection and instructing this accordingly.
Other Duties
* Answer telephone queries and book appointments as required
* Assist with chasing rental arrears and other accounts duties.
* Updating of in house systems to ensure we have accurate records
* Assist the rental department with rental enquiries and viewings where required
* Any other duties as required by the company.
Experience in property maintenance is required of a minimum of 1 year. The annual salary for this role is £27,000. This is negotiable however for a more or less experienced candidate.
