After further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service there is a potential to earn up £24,120 (FTE).
Applicants who apply for this role directly will receive a Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of their 6-month probation period.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a strong desire to support young people,
* Have excellent observational skills, and the ability to problem solve and think creatively to enable our young people to reimagine their potential,
* Be patient, caring, and compassionate with a young person-centred nature,
* Demonstrate the ability to manage emotionally challenging situations with emotional intelligence and resilience, and to have the capacity to react calmly in stressful situations,
* Be a team player with experience of support work in both educational and residential settings,
* NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care would be desirable, but not essential, as Ruskin Mill Trust will provide comprehensive training and support.
