The Role The Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the business, working to create an organised and efficient environment. Key responsibilities include: * Providing administrative support for various projects * Overseeing office facilities and premises management * Offering secretarial assistance to the management team * Serving as the primary point of contact for IT and SharePoint support, addressing daily queries * Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including IT equipment coordination * Regularly updating and maintaining SharePoint * Coordinating with external auditors * Monitoring and implementing procedures to support audit activities * Ensuring the accurate maintenance and updating of records * Assisting with marketing initiatives * Collaborating with the finance team to manage invoices and expenses The Person The right person for this role will be an experienced Office Manager with exceptional attention to detail. They will possess strong communication skills, the ability to effectively multitask, and a highly organised approach to their work. They will have experience in supporting management functions and thrive in a collaborative environment. The right person will have advanced IT skills, including expertise in SharePoint and MS Office. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive and efficient approach to all tasks, consistently delivering results with precision and initiative. The Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience.
