Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at RAF Leeming, Junior Ranks Mess, DL7 9NJ.
You will be responsible for managing preparation and production of food to ensure minimal wastage but maintaining high levels of taste and quality. Maintaining food hygiene levels and managing stock levels and stock rotations.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
- Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner services ensuring minimal wastage.
- Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records.
- Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
- Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
- Sharing responsibility with the Chef manager/Catering manager for the checking, probing and signing of all food deliveries.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Food hygiene certificate level 2 or willing to work towards it on our e-learning platform.
- Relevant culinary qualification is desirable however there is an opportunity to gain a qualification whilst you earn.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Proficient level of spoken English.
- Security clearance and a DBS check is required.
