Responsibilities and Duties The role will effectively involve supporting an Area Sales Representative who you will work closely with dealing with all support requirements within your allotted area, briefly, though not exhaustively, these duties will include: · Providing exceptional customer service to Contractors in your area. · Supporting the external sales team. · Taking orders from clients over the telephone and via email. · Communicating with clients regarding deliveries. · Ordering stock from suppliers. · Raising quotations and sales proposals. Qualifications and Skills Our clients are seeking someone with the drive and enthusiasm to complete the above tasks with an eye on efficiency but prioritising customer satisfaction at all times, they see the ideal person as having the following attributes: · Excellent customer service skills. · Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal. · A positive “Can Do” attitude. · Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
