Organise project logistics, including booking meetings, accommodation, and travel arrangements. Manage project administration tasks, such as holiday planners and access for new joiners (Teams/Sharepoint). Create and deliver new joiner induction packs to ensure smooth onboarding. Support the project team by handling minute-taking in meetings and assisting with administrative tasks. LI-SC1 CVL LI-onsite We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: Previous experience in a project, PA, or administrative role. Proficiency in MS365; familiarity with JIRA and MS Project is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to integrate into a project structure and collaborate with team members. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines while remaining approachable and highly organised.
