Administrator
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to work for our client based at their showroom in Grays, Essex
Duties may include:
Release orders.
Inputting Purchase orders.
Inputting Transfers.
Maintain accurate records or orders/purchase orders/transfers and their status.
Keeps tracks of orders on hold, and liaising with customer daily.
Liaising throughout the day with various departments.
Desirable skills and attributes:
Team player, professional, and positive have integrity, initiative, and focus be able to think, communicate and present information effectively, good coping skills, IT equipment proficiently.
Well organised and able to function independently with limited supervision.
Good interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and efficiency.
