We have a great opportunity for someone who has some all-round property maintenance experience to join our Clients team in Southampton.
The Company is a leading business providing portable accommodation for a range of uses and a broad number of sectors.
Their range includes Site Cabins, mobile toilet units, welfare units (with kitchen built in), First aid rooms, office space, and Showers.
About the role -
On a day-to-day basis, you will maintain, repair, and prepare for hire all types of portable accommodation units within our range. Working as part of a well-skilled team under an experienced foreman, you will be tasked with preparing units to a high standard for our wide range of clients. Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes.
About you -
1. Basic Joinery and plumbing skills are required to prepare our portable accommodation units for hire.
2. Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues.
3. Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home.
4. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service.
5. A strong attention to detail.
6. The ability to ensure all works are completed to a high standard within a tight timescale.
Extra skills that would benefit you in the role:
1. CSCS card for working on site.
2. Driving license.
3. Painting and decorating experience.
4. Property maintenance experience.
