Customer Support Manager / Service Account Manager – Technical Sales
Are you an experienced Engineer / Sales Account Manager / Customer Support Manager, Sales Focussed Professional with good engineering know-how or even an Engineer looking to take on a slightly different role using their expertise in a different way? Are you looking to get involved with a market leader in their field in a close-knit, bubbly and fun group / team?
If so, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Account Manager / Customer Support Manager on a permanent basis to take over the Eastern Europe Region for a company that supplies globally, specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke processing machines for various industries.
Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate must be willing to travel across a designated region and support customers (Circa once a month for a couple of days – not extensive / 20%).
2. This could be someone more sales focused within engineering or an engineer wanting to do this sort of role.
3. We are looking for someone who has the technical engineering knowledge that can liaise directly with customers for bespoke special purpose machinery enquiries across Europe for the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Conducting meetings with internal teams (Design, Service, Automation, etc.) to propose the best solution - Working with technical experts and then using this to put together proposals for customers, cost calculations, etc.
Salary Package:
1. Competitive annual salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.
