NRL is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our client’s team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The role of the Procurement Manager is to be responsible for maximising delivered financial value and enhancing visibility and perception of Procurement
This would be measured by successfully and smoothly implementing new supplier contracts and delivering ongoing value and savings in line with the Procurement Policy.
Procurement Managers are assigned to a specific Operating Unit within the client’s Public Sector division, where they must establish excellent working relationships with multiple contracts across a number of sites.

Consistent and professional Procurement services to internal customers
Delivering value (including bottom line savings) on an ongoing basis, meeting specific in-year targets whilst proactively looking for new opportunities.
Engaging with internal Stakeholders to understand the requirement and support in delivering Procurement solutions that match these.
Be a driver in raising the visibility and perception of Procurement.
