Due to business growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Sales / Account Manager on a part-time or full-time, permanent basis working remotely. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients
* Work closely with surveyors, sales, and marketing teams to drive client success
* Develop and convert a sales pipeline into long-term business relationships
* Oversee client cases from initial contact to completion
* Maintain and cross-sell to existing clients, generating repeat business
* Conduct outbound calls to engage potential new clients
* Secure sales contracts and book appointments for specialist consultants
* Manage CRM records with high accuracy to track sales pipeline and client cases
