Customer Success & Satisfaction: Boost customer outcomes by streamlining onboarding, enhancing support experiences, and proactively addressing pain points. Data-Driven Execution: Track SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, churn, LTV) and turn insights into actionable strategies that improve performance and growth. Team Empowerment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, set clear objectives, remove roadblocks, and foster a high-performance culture. Scalable Processes & Tooling: Consolidate, refine, and implement processes, systems, and vendor relationships that underpin efficient, long-term growth. About You Experience leading operations in a scaling B2B SaaS environment. Comfortable owning outcomes, making quick decisions, and iterating rapidly. Strong analytical skills and a track record of improving SaaS metrics. Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited by new technologies. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
