Job Title: Maintenance and Parts Administrator
Location: Crewe, 3 days per week on-site required

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance and Parts Administrator to support the coordination of new project parts and sampling processes. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, ensuring timely part submissions, and managing the flow of samples during the Pre-Series build phases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Quality, and other departments, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Coordination: Manage sample parts and submission timelines, ensuring supplier compliance with part submission systems.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Logistics, Quality, and other areas to address and resolve sampling issues.
3. Sampling Process Management: Attend meetings, track sampling progress, and report on the status of parts submissions.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the system (TEVON) and handle related queries.
5. Issue Resolution: Resolve supplier access issues, handle queries, and manage system submissions as needed.
