IT Administrator in the Network Operations Center (m/f/d)
The Operating & Managed Scheduling team is responsible for ensuring the operation of all IT systems and applications with regard to service agreements over 7 x 24 hours.

Your tasks
* Monitor and ensure the operation of centralized and decentralized system environments, networks and applications
* Accept, analyze, resolve and escalate disruptions to IT operations
* Contribute to the further development, optimization and automation of IT services
* Supporting the entire event management process (requirements analysis, implementation, consulting, optimization)
* Working in projects and interdisciplinary teams
* Ensure 24/7 operation with on-call duty as part of a model that combines health, work-life balance and appropriate remuneration
Your profile
* Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems administrator or a comparable qualification
* Enthusiasm for a wide variety of IT systems and applications
* Experienced handling of the Red Hat Linux and Windows server operating systems
* Analytical skills and knowledge of common automation and monitoring tools
* Excellent written and spoken German (C1) and good written and spoken English
* Willingness to participate in on-call duty, including weekends and public holidays, and to work shifts
* You are a team player with a high level of responsibility and the will to master even difficult situations
