Full Time Furniture Sales Professionals have an earning potential of $70,000 to $100,000 plus annually.
Part Time Furniture Sales Professionals have the potential to earn from $30 to $50 plus per hour.

All newly hired sales professionals attend an in-depth paid training program to equip them with the knowledge and skills to provide customers with an unparalleled shopping experience.
Responsibilities
* Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service and knowledge of our products and services.
* Greet customers in a timely, friendly, non-pressured, and professional manner.
* Focus on daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by sales managers.
* Attend, participate, and contribute to company meetings and training sessions to improve performance and enhance knowledge and skills.
* Act as an ambassador for Cardi’s Furniture by implementing creative ideas for additional business through networking and prospecting, including the use of social media.
* Contribute to an upbeat, positive work environment.
* Enter all sales orders in the system correctly and review with customers for completeness and accuracy.
* Perform additional functions as assigned at the discretion of management.
Required Skills
* Ability to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Interior design or sales experience/knowledge is a plus but not required.
* Physically able to be on your feet and move throughout our showrooms over an 8-12 hour workday.
* Ability to maintain emotional composure in a professional business setting with customers, peers, and management.
* Strong work ethic and dependability are a must.
* General computer proficiency.
* Professional dress required.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Work is performed in a store environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. Use of personal cell phone for customer contact and follow-up, and personal computer tablet for room sketching is required. Regularly required to view, see, manipulate, and handle products to demonstrate to customers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee continuously walks or stands on the store’s showroom floor and stands for extended periods. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and is required to lift and carry small items up to 30 pounds, such as lamps, etc.
