Overview of the role: As a member of the JCB Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for producing and updating a variety of reports and dashboards. You will also work closely with the relevant Supply Chain leads to deliver outputs and maintain data integrity. Availability is critical to JCB’s drive for the industry’s finest customer support and you will be responsible for the collation and delivery of the management information detailing our Global Distribution Centres performance in line with designated targets. This includes responsibility for updating the WPC Availability Centre with associated data points. The role has several work-streams with a large portion operating in Syncron, SAP and Excel. Having the ability to learn quickly is vital and previous system experience is preferable. The role is specifically measured on the required reporting outputs for the Department and deliverables set by the Head of Strategic Inventory and General Manager of Supply Chain. You will work alongside the Purchasing and Inventory Assistant and support the wider Team with their ad hoc requests. Your Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Analyst: Producing all report requirements as per schedule Updating existing reports with any changes Utilisation of SAP, Syncron and JDS to extract data Work within Syncron to execute forecast and inventory processes Utilise the Business Warehouse to extract and summarise data Deliver Supplier refacing activities as and when required Deliver bespoke requests in a timely manner Work with the Head of Strategic Inventory and Inventory Manager to review and action changes to support availability and identify opportunities and risks Cover for Purchasing and Inventory Assistant About you: Having a can-do approach is essential Highly motivated Strong analytical skills Excellent written & verbal communication Diligent and efficient Capable of working effectively and autonomously SAP experience preferable Advanced Excel experience essential including macros Syncron experience essential Time management skills crucial Rewards you deserve: This is your chance to join a company that values expertise not only in rewards but also in real employee care.
