Private Client Paralegal

We are delighted to partner with a prestigious, Legal 500-listed, Lexcel and STEP accredited law firm, who are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team at their Towcester office.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Drafting Wills including property trust clauses and multiple beneficiaries
2. Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
3. Assisting with Estate Administration matters and Estate Accounts
4. Liaising with clients, moving matters forward
5. Assisting the Private Client team with day-to-day administration of files
Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Home working will be accommodated one day per week following a satisfactory training/probation period.
Suitable candidates will have:
1. Previous private client/wills and probate paralegal experience
2. Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. The ability to hit the ground running and work well, both autonomously and as part of a team
5. Degree level education
6. LPC/LLM or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
