We are looking for a Bodyshop Expert to design and deliver dynamic training programmes, to train and upskill our teams. This is a brand-new position where you’ll play a key part in elevating our standards and ensuring our bodyshop teams meet all industry governance (IMI) requirements and health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Plan, scope, and implement technical training, working with internal teams and external partners to elevate standards, efficiency and productivity Support apprentices with hands-on training, feedback, and block release training Drive best practices and innovation by incorporating new technologies and repair methods.
