YCS Is Geographically Dispersed With Children Aged Under 19 Years Accommodated In a Variety Of Sites Including: HMYOIs Feltham (Heathrow), Werrington (Stoke-on-Trent), Wetherby (Yorkshire) and Parc (Wales); Oakhill Secure Training Centre (STC) and various Secure Children’s Homes (SCH) across England and Wales. YCS Psychology Services provide a spectrum of services across all sites with staff based in all YOIs and the STC. Other posts also provide a service across all sites e.g. Interventions Clinical Lead. Senior Psychologist posts are currently available in Feltham and Werrington, which accommodate boys. As part of the wider Psychology Services Group (PSG), opportunities for successful applicants to work with other populations and across other functions are abundant.
