Job summary Bridgewater Surgeries in Watford, are looking to recruit a PCN pharmacist, to work within our Primary Care Network multi-disciplinary, healthcare team. on a part time basis for 15 hours per week, covering a Thursday and Friday. You will be based at Bridgewater Surgeries in Watford, potentially working over its 3 practice sites. You will work with a diverse range of people from different cultural and social backgrounds. The ability to work confidently and effectively in a varied, and sometimes challenging environment is essential. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work independently at network and practice level (but largely will be based at Bridgewater Surgeries). You will be part of a supportive network team, to deliver safe and effective use of medicines by applying your clinical and pharmaceutical skills to a variety of tasks within the medicines optimisation agenda. You will have access to other pharmacists for support and a GP or clinical lead for supervision.
