Working closely with the Senior Management team and process owners you will be coordinating with all departments within the Company regarding any information relating to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality ensuring they meet the respective ISO standards. SHEQ Coordinator Job Details & Benefits; £31,620 per annum 39.5 hours per week - Hours are flexible between 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday & 8am-3pm Friday 33 days holidays including bank holidays plus an additional day on your birthday Company pension scheme Staff Discount, Enhanced family friendly benefits and a birthday gift Long service awards Cycle to work scheme Excellent canteen facility with free tea & coffee Free parking SHEQ Job Duties; Ensuring the Company Management Systems are kept up to date Maintain document control register Maintaining accreditation portals Ensuring risk and method statements are reviewed by process owners and are updated Completing pre-qualification questionnaires and assisting in HSEQ related tender process Maintaining and report accident and incident data Assist in the site safety walks, safety alert emails and one point lessons Review Company objectives and ensure they are updated in real time by the relative department heads Coordinate the Health and Safety committee Maintain and create Risk Assessments where applicable for the business and departments Ensuring suppliers have been assessed and their annual reviews are up to date Weekly and monthly SHEQ reporting General Safety, Health, Environment and Quality statistics administration Assist in internal audits and maintain non-conformance register Complete site inspections ensuring risk and method statements (RAMS) are being followed in conjunction with the site supervisor Maintain and keep up to date system for ISO accreditation Coordinate annual surveillance visits and audits for the business SHEQ Person Specification; Have good interpersonal skills, able to communicate at different levels both verbally and written Familiar with industry standards of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 Be able to work as a team or in a silo environment when required Keen eye for detail to ensure data is processed accurately An organised team player with a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement Demonstrate competent IT Skills (Office 365) & Web Based Portals Possess a good understanding and have the ability to promote Health and Safety Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role IOSH Manging Safely Internal Auditors Certificate Drivers licence NEBOSH National General Certificate desirable but not essential CSCS card would be desirable If you are interested in the above role of SHEQ Coordinator, then please apply by sending your CV to T&K Associates today.
