Improve the organisations ability to collect, collate and analyse Social Care information and data in order to improve outcomes. This broadly includes the ongoing development, maintenance and integrity of the core client information system (e.g. WCCIS) which is used to support practitioners to fulfil their duties, assist managers in making timely business decisions and comply with statutory reporting requirements.
Short Term Objectives:
Maintenance of core systems and the collection, challenge and provision of timely and accurate business information. Deliver the role of business analyst and systems administrator.
Long Term Objectives:
Application of creativity and technical skills as part of a Social Care Data team to ensure the ongoing development and improvement of core client information systems that will support practitioners and managers improve practice, performance and deliver improved outcomes to the social care population and wider. Deliver the role of business analyst and systems administrator.
