The DRVN Automotive Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Assistant to support the CEO. Based at the groups HQ in Perth (Scotland), you will with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
* Support the CEO in planning, tracking, and delivering key projects
* Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
* Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Administrative Support:
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
* Organise travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
* Draft and review documents, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO
Meeting & Event Management:
* Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
* Assist in organising executive meetings, company events, and external engagements
Research & Analysis:
* Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes
* Analyse project performance and provide insights to improve efficiency
Liaison & Communication:
* Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
* Ensure smooth communication across teams, managing requests and priorities effectively
Essential Skills
* Previous experience in executive support, project management, or a similar role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fully confident in using Microsoft packages
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to work
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
* Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
* Must have IDLR/ Full right to work in UK- Sponsorship will not be provided.
Desirable Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
