Property Litigation Solicitor - Yeovil
In the heart of Somerset, our client is seeking an experienced property litigation solicitor to join their successful property litigation team. You'll be joining a prestigious law firm, well known in the area with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of property litigation matters from inception to completion, including Court attendance and instructing Counsel.
* Caseload will include possessions, disrepair, deposit disputes, mortgage possessions, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charge disputes, boundary disputes, rights of way, and lease renewals.
* Getting involved in networking and business development to build and maintain client relationships.
* Working together with the wider team to deliver excellent client care.
Qualifications:
* You'll be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in property litigation.
* It's important that you can demonstrate experience in any of the above-mentioned areas of property litigation. If this has been part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
* A proactive and client-focused approach.
