The current post holder’s timetable has a majority of French lessons (Years 7-9) and 2 Year 11 Welsh classes.
Faculty Information
Our Languages faculty comprises 5 experienced and committed members of staff. We offer both French and Welsh within the faculty.
The Leader of Learning for Languages and Deputy Leader of Learning for Languages lead a happy, ambitious and innovative team of staff who pride themselves on delivering creative, inspiring and challenging lessons which enthuse learners and drive them to be the best that they can be. The faculty embraces the opportunities afforded by Curriculum for Wales and throughout the year seek to celebrate languages. They host an annual European Day of Languages, a Wales and the Workplace Day with external employers, a Welsh Music Day, as well as our annual celebrations for St.David’s Day. There is an active and vibrant team of learners who work across school as Language Ambassadors throughout the year.
