We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a 3-year contract with a competitive salary of £38,800 per annum and the opportunity to work 38 hours per week.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
2. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
3. Managing the filing system and recording information as needed.
4. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
5. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
6. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
7. Maintaining supply inventory and equipment as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
