About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our Aseptic Trading team at in Liverpool. This temporary position will cover 73 shifts, starting from 20th July 2024 at 09:00 and ending on 30th September 2024 at 17:00.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee aseptic preparation and dispensing of medications.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
3. Provide leadership and support to junior pharmacy staff.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
5. Essential:
6. Up to date GPhC registration.
7. Master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
8. Minimum of two years’ experience as a hospital pharmacist.
9. Aseptic training preferable.
10. Desirable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
