An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a dynamic and expanding Building Consultancy team in Kettering. This role involves working within an established team, focusing on various aspects of project and professional building surveying. Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-acquisition building surveys Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations Create schedules of works and manage projects Assess rebuild costs for insurance purposes Develop planned maintenance programs and handle party wall awards Manage client relationships and provide fee quotes Coordinate appointments and manage deadlines independently Essential Criteria: The ideal candidate should have experience in some (but not necessarily all) of the following areas: Commercial property building surveying Residential surveys (desirable) CDM regulations Qualifications: Candidates should ideally be RICS Registered Building Surveyors with relevant post-qualification experience.
