Your new role
Your role will support senior management in processing client interactions, ensuring that queries and enquiries are handled efficiently and promptly through the correct channels. There are well documented methodologies and your role will be to disseminate the information being requested and ensure that responses are given in a timely fashion and work across the business to bring a full resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail and goodmunication skills. You'll need to be able to demonstrate previous experience working as an administrator in a fast-paced role.
