Social Media Customer Service Adviser We have a brilliant opportunity to join one the UKs leading brands as a Social Media Customer Service Adviser, working at their vibrant Head Office in Leeds. On completion of your training (2 weeks), you will be able to work hybrid. Working hours will be 37.5 per week, 5 days out of 7. Working hours will be between 7am-10pm (7.5 per shift). As part of the social media team you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality service to their valued customers across various social media platforms. If youve got bags of energy, loads of enthusiasm, are computer literate with an excellent telephone manner and are comfortable using social media platforms, this is definitely the opportunity for you You will be working within a great team of people ensuring that their customers receive the very highest level of service, care and attention.
