Job Description This is a part time role - 25 hours per week - 5 days a week 9AM - 2PM on site at our Shirebrook HQ You will be assisting the Property Administration team with day to day operations, providing a high quality of customer service and communicating to contacts within and outside of the business. You will schedule site visits, coordinate with tenants and keep accurate records. Alongside this you will work with our parking management companies to arrange parking for our staff and contractors. As part of this role, you will be assisting with legal deeds that are received as well as any requests for leases or floor plans. You will manage the filing system for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors, buildings and contracts ensuring close attention to detail. You will be responsible for processing and distributing all mail received for the Property Department, along with any additional administration requests.
