The key aspect of this role will be to develop a regional strategy for; and manage the implementation of the contractors BIM processes, procedures and best practice across the regional business.As BIM Implementation Manager you will support bids and live projects with understanding the BIM requirements and setting out a strategy for which best suits the client's needs and the supply chains capabilities; and develop the skills and understanding of others through training and ongoing support so that the BIM duties are and can be undertaken by the project or bid team.Duties to include:
1. Develop the BIM Implementation Strategy for the regional business taking into account current workload, future pipeline and the regional diversities.
2. Record and track the BIM requirements
3. Deliver and support the delivery of BIM training across the region.
4. Support the Head of BIM with the on-going development of the BIM training modules so that they are aligned with current best practice and any changes to processes and documentation.
