Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our elementary school students.
Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathologist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students in grades 3-5 across two locations. You will have your own office in each location, allowing you to create a conducive environment for therapy sessions. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the communication needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
* Provide direct therapy services to students.
* Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure in Virginia.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
* Experience working with elementary school students, particularly in grades 3-5.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple locations.
